1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We determine the MOQ case by case subject to the total order volume.

2. How long will you take for delivery?
We provide instant delivery. In many cases, it can be settled within 1-4 day(s). The delivery period is varied dependent on the destination and types of shipment.

For specific detail, you may contact our logistic team (overseas/local) directly.

3. Do you have OEM service?
Yes. We have OEM service in Memory Cards (MicroSD, MicroSDHC, SD, SDHC) and USB Flash Drives, etc.

4. What type of warranty do you offer?
Normally, we offer 1-year factory warranty to our customer. Regarding Details & Conditions, please check our RMA policy. It is applicable for the items of  USB Flash Drives, Flash Memory Cards, Card Readers, Memory Modules, CPUS.

5. How long will your company take for RMA?
The period of RMA shifted depends on the market standards and product categories. The general reference is as below:
CPU: around 2-3 months
Flash memory card: immediately to 2 weeks
Memory modules: around 1 month

6. How do you ship the order?
It depends on the client's requirement. We are able to ship the order either by courier or freight forwarder. You can select courier like UPS, Fedex, DHL, or EMS. The forwarder will be subject to your given contact.

7. What is the freight charge?
The cost will be varied based on factors including order volume, capacity (weight & dimension), destination, type of shipper, and period. For the customer who uses own forwarder, our freight term is by ex-work Hong Kong basis. We would also offer C&F or CIF term. For your kind consideration, we can help to source the best solution for your selection in term of reasonable cost, fast and reliable delivery.
